Dr. Foo Swasdee owns Satay Restaurant in Austin, Texas.

Thai Tsunami Orphanage - Every year, Dr. Foo Swasdee fundraises to help build an orphanage for Thailands youngest tsunami victims. Believe it or not, even though it has now been a few years, the people of Thailand are still working very hard to recover from the devastation in 2004.

The Arc of Texas is the states oldest and largest nonprofit, volunteer organization committed to creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be included in their communities and to make choices that affect their lives. The Arc supports families, advances public policies, provides training programs, and build a statewide network of advocates.
